EMA provided the master planning and architectural design for a 305,000 square foot mixed-use development, part of the University of Pennsylvania Campus Master Plan. The development consists of a 56,000 square foot University bookstore, the Inn at Penn, an adjoining 195,000 square foot, 259-room hotel, and 54,000 square feet of additional retail and restaurants.
