Officehomes(tm) invited to Joint Venture with Medical Institutions for Mixed-use project attractive to medical personel.

Last month Officehomes(tm) Co-founder, Ms. Michele Lim, R.A., LEED, took a position with Grainery Associates of Philadelphia, to start a branch office in New York City.

Currently, Grainery Associates is the Project Mnager for a 200,000+sf development on the East Side of Manhatten for the Sloan Ketering Memorial Hospital which will house the Breast Cancer Research Facility and other related treatment aspects.
